The CRM Technical Consultant will act as a technical SME for customer and internal teams on Dynamics CRM projects (implementations, customizations, migrations, and more The individual may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including extending Dynamics CRM, simple to complex customizations, UI/backend development, and more. Other responsibilities include project management, configuration, data, and support. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Category 1:

Standard CRM technical development including various customizations C# based plug-in, workflow extensions
JavaScript, HTML: Developing custom screens & UI pages within as well as outside CRM
Category 2:
Standard CRM technical development including various customizations C# based plug-in, workflow extensions
Unified Service Desk (USD) based development
Category 3:
Standard CRM technical development including various customizations C# based plug-in, workflow extensions
Integrations: WCF/REST endpoint integration, SSIS/Scribe/third-party integrations
Nice to haves (with any of above category):
Other UI development skills like WPF, ASP.NET

Key Measurements of Performance

Required Skills and Experience

1.Leading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project
2.Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client''s organizational process
3.Writing technical specifications for planned work
4.Creating data migration and integration mappings
5.Mocking up specifications for our overseas development team, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projects
6.Installing CRM and its related components such as the Power Pack and Scribe.
7.Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports around the customer needs for an interface
8.Resolving technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, SRS and other related technologies to CRM
9.Maintaining a list of trusted resources for researching technical issue
For Microsoft Portals (Based on AdxStudio) development, below are the additional skills needed:
* Managing portal authentication site settings and auto-generating login credentials
* Familiarity with the portal security structure including Web Roles and Content Access Levels
* Advanced JavaScript capability to extend current functionality using best practices
* Understand CSS concepts such as the box model and cascading styles
* Strong familiarity with Liquid Templates syntax and troubleshooting
