Job Description :
Experienced Salesforce Developer/Business Analyst will join the Global SFDC/CRM team as an individual contributor to support CRM applications for field sales, internal sales operations, and marketing business functions. The candidate must have extensive experience with requirements analysis, systems development skills and be well versed in the sales funnel, lead, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes. Must be analytical with exceptional writing and listening skills and able to work independently once provided direction and objectives. This business analyst will be working with various business functions to interpret and document complex business processes and requirements. As such, he/she will be responsible for interviewing the business operations subject matter experts, helping them to derive realistic and optimal requirements that will drive process improvements and system enhancements. They will document the requirements in writing, in a business and/or functional requirements format. This individual must be able to apply their extensive knowledge of the enterprise systems, applications, theories and concepts utilized in the CRM and enterprise website and eCommerce based quote to cash processes. He/she will be working with the Sales Operations project team and Business users to configure, and customize the SF instance.

Responsibilities include:
Ability to demonstrate and provide examples of structured documentation including Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases and Process Maps.
Design and build clean, high performing (i.e., user-oriented, fast, efficient, extensible, scalable) Salesforce and Salesforce-integrated applications following best practices and using the latest technologies.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce.com and other internal business applications.
Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs.
Keeping custom code organized, readable, maintainable, and documented.
Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments.
Remain current on new and updated functionality in Salesforce.com releases.
Configure SF features to satisfy the business requirements
SF administration
Data loads as part of system conversion

Skills & Qualifications:
Detailed understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com CRM sales and service cloud platform as well as other cloud applications such as WalkMe and CallidusCloud. Production and sandbox design and Sr. administrator experience is required; experience configuring and supporting other Salesforce.com AppExchange applications is a strong plus.
Understands system infrastructure, and master data models. Experienced in migration of design and data elements from sandbox to production.
Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to lead cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A Certificate in any of the following is a plus: Salesforce, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Business Requirements gathering,
Oracle EBS, Xactly Incent, Callidus, or Domo knowledge a plus
