· Execute Testing cases along with business and IT users a new cloud CRM implementation
· Ability to validate data and log defects/bugs (desired but not mandatory)
· This roles can be of someone Junior or with some experience (No need for a senior experience)
· Ability to understand and follow test scripts within the different CRM entities.
Skills
· Experience (3-5 years) using MS Dynamics CRM 365 and/or 2016 (Certifications are a plus)
· SQL and relational DB experience.
· Excellent communication, client facing and problem solving skills
