DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new Dynamics 365/CRM features and enhancements Design entities, relationships, forms, workflows, views and reports Quickly identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues Create technical design documentation Work closely with a team to turn business requirements into coding specifications

Qualifications Essential Qualifications
Typically requires a bachelor''s degree and three or more years experience with a general knowledge of the department''s business practices, techniques, standards and related software/hardware, and computer systems. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. Must be experienced in facilitating interactions between business system end-users and technical staff and have a general operational and system understanding of administrative functions such as: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, inventory control, fixed assets, payroll, human resources, manufacturing, etc. Must be experienced at developing and producing computerized reports from business systems. Must be customer focused, able to look at long-term trends and emerging requirements and understand government cost accounting. Able to work extended hours as required Additional Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
*1 - 2 years experience in Dynamics CRM
*Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Visual *Studio, .NET, HTML, REST Services
*Experience with database designs
*Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365/CRM administration
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resource
