Job Description :
Responsibilities
Conduct user interviews and discovery sessions to gain a deep understanding of business needs and pain points
Translate business needs into business and functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams
Assist project team in development of a business case, financial worksheet, project charter, and other project artifacts
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including business owners, project managers, IT partners, and test teams
Develop and maintain product backlog, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and test cases
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the technical solutions meet the needs of business users
Transform technical solutions documents into easy-to-understand training materials
Create and maintain CRM documentation, including business process flows, configurations, and integrations
Support CRM data stewards in maintaining the quality and completeness of CRM data and enforcing best practices through training and change management
Partner with CRM Product Owner to maintain and prioritize a product backlog

Skills and Requirements
Strong functional understanding of Dynamics 365 (or equivalent CRM system)
Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
Knowledge of project and product management frameworks and methodologies
Experience working on complex technology projects, preferably in a regulated industry
Experience facilitating and conducting user interviews, design workshops, and user acceptance testing
Ability to develop strong cross-functional working relationships in a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure ongoing alignment between business, IT, and EPMO
Ability to work independently and have sound decision making skills
Strong analytical skills to assess technology or process gaps and identify optimal solutions
Prior experience in financial services or knowledge of banking products and sales workflows preferred
Functional expertise of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Visio

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and creation of project artifacts
3+ years of experience supporting CRM projects, preferably Dynamics CRM
