Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Collecting and analyzing the project’s business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to

development team

Evaluating the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops

Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client’s
business needs

Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional
specification documents

Communicating effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements

Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate
client
Designing and executing test scripts and test scenarios

Coordinating with the business unit who perform testing, validating, evaluation of new applications and functions,

and determine issues
Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines

Facilitate and organize meetings

Advise and assist project managers during implementations

Desired Skills and Experience

5+ years of business process analysis experience

Must have Contract Lifecyle Management experience

Hands on experience with Contract Management processes and solutions (e.g., Apttus, Emptoris, Determine,
Conga, Icertis, SpringCM, etc

Apttus experience preferred

Experience in consulting on software implementations involving integrations and customizations at large Fortune
500 companies, preferably with ECM/CLM, CRM or ERP systems

Salesforce Administration experience

Advanced skills in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills

Ability to analyze and document complex business processes

Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver

Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information

Exceptional communication skills (including relationship-building, conflict resolution, and presentation skills)

Analytical skills, especially the ability to generate alternative solutions and manage risk by driving criteria for trade-
off decisions

Analyzes and defines processes of business both “To Be” and “As Is”

Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements and delivers work products throughout the project life
cycle.

Translates business requirements to System/Functional requirements, and then these are passed to Application Developers

Understanding both technical designs and specifications

Minimum of 2 years of resource, communication, issue/risk, scope management

Experience in documenting business processes, use cases, and software requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field from an accredited
institution

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member / leader

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Possess ability to work within strict deadlines
