UCCE/UCCX/IP Telephony/Telepresence design and implementation experience
Good Knowledge of Call Manager/Unified Communications Manager 6.x through 9.x
Knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways and signaling protocols SIP/H.323/MGCP
Good Knowledge of Cisco Unified Unity/Unity Connection 9.x
