Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc is looking for a CISCO IVR Engineer for its direct Client in Chicago, IL.
We are seeking services to assist our Client with its Cisco Interactive Voice Response IVR system (Services" The Client''s IVR System resides within the Cisco Unified Communication (UC) environment.

Our Client''s UC Network consists of:

- CUCM 11.5.1
- Unity Connection 11.5.1
- UCCX 11.6.1
- Emergency Responder 11.5.4

About this Role:

As the CISCO IVR Engineer you have to perform various task including existing scripts modification and enhancement with new functionality. This will require several configuration changes to Client''s existing Cisco Call Center environment. You will be providing quality service and meet best practice standards for a Cisco Unified communications network. You are expected to be an Information Technology (IT) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Specialist. You will provide new designs, modifications, testing, staging, implementation, post-installation and knowledge transfer to the appropriate Client''s staff members.


You will have to provide the below services including, but not limited to the activities listed:

- Review the required features and functionality of the Client''s existing Call Center environment.
- Provide additional IVR prompts that will play caller new/updated inspection time-frames.
Identify and document key user communities, applications, systems and security requirements.
- Confirm business processes impacted by scripting changes.
- Provide changes to Client''s IVR scripting environment as required per our Client''s request specified inspection time-frames.
- Provide additional IVR prompts that are needed.
- Create, modify, test and implement IVR scripting that pulls data from Salesforce and our Client''s Yardi applications. The Selected Respondent will confirm proper functionality between the IVR system and the other Client''s specified applications.
- Add/change/modify functionality that would allow our Client callers to participate in an automated survey/questionnaire.
- Provide additional reporting functionality by modifying the current Cisco reporting tool. If the Cisco reporting tool doesn''t fulfill all the requested reporting functionality, then the Selected Respondent will recommend, install and configure a 3rd party application that works with Cisco IVR system and that meets our Client requirements.
- Confirm that the recommended 3rd party reporting tool is compatible with the latest Cisco Unified Communications environment.
- Provide a CCIE Voice engineer to work onsite at Client headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
- Provide knowledge transfer to our Client''s IT staff members.
- Provide hands-on instruction for performing system administrative tasks to Client staff members.
