needs and special projects that may arise.

and supporting business cadences, operating plans, and communication plans.
Business Analysis:
PROGRAM, PROCESS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Ability to architect business process where needed, support existing process, drive operational efficiencies, change management, issue/risk
management and governance for all business initiatives.
OPERATIONS: Utilize advanced excel skills to manage team capacity and planning, provide insight into work/employee ratio’s, provide capability planning analysis, always with an eye to
productivity.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrate weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings as needed. Includes establishing agenda, template, gathering content, supporting teams and/or individuals with content development
Ability to integrate people, processes and technology to achieve objectives
Business Analysis – supporting planning efforts by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements/needs
Continuous process improvement experience
