Job description:

· Work with Level3 Team during the release process to ensure successful implementation of each release.

· Organize UC4-related activities for all changes scheduling requests and releases (typically in the form of ServiceNow REQ/RITMs), and ensure such activities are as-requested and successful.

· Back out changes in the event of an unsuccessful implementation, as directed by Level3 Team.

· Provide on-call support along with Level3 Team.

· Work with other application teams to debug programs as directed by Level3 Team.

· Perform initial troubleshooting for outages by using a template for information.

· Run traces and ship logs to vendor for evaluation for outage conditions.

· Open service tickets with the vendor and engage Level 3 team when necessary.

· Staff the outage bridge call until vendor and Level3 Team join the bridge.

· Assist Level3 Team with activities associated with resolving an outage issue.

· Perform Incident detection, prevention and resolution as needed to help ensure the availability of the UC4 system and scheduled batch jobs.

· Provide Problem management services to improve the product stability.

· Work closely with Level3 Team on any activities associated with the ongoing operation and improvement of the iMOD UC4 OneAutomation application.

· Configure automation routines to eliminate repetitive manual processes.

· Provide Project Manager with regular status reports on completed and planned activities demonstrating the quantity of work.

· Create new objects (jobs, workflows, calendars, users, groups, etc) as requested by application teams via ServiceNow RITMs and as directed by Level3 Team.
