Job Description :
DESIRED SKILLS: CA APM , AppDynamics, DynaTrace ,Splunk and other performance monitoring tools


Responsible for implementation and upgrade of the CA Wily application and its JAVA and .Net based or EP agents across the environment.
Responsible for daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual health checks and reporting for the CA Wily application.
Ensure requests completed within agreed operating level agreements and Service Level Agreements (OLA & SLA
Communication with multiple tiers of departments /application owners, developers, technology infrastructure support / local and global.

Manage IT production incidents to resolution in a 24/7/365 environment using the standard incident management processes and inform management at all levels of status, impact and resolution actions.

Effectively lead and guide Incident triage calls from a technical perspective analyzing different components of the infrastructure and application environment via the use of a variety of monitoring tools and processes.

Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required
Relevant systems/software engineering background with expertise in performance and capacity management .Experience with large-scale, multi-tier web systems supporting real-time customer interaction
Detailed understanding of software and architectural performance factors

Assist with instrumentation of critical applications, including setting up the "custom dashboards" for the customer's business, operations and development.

Act as the 24x7 escalation point for production support to diagnose and resolve complex issues by providing factual data from the various monitoring and instrumentation systems.
