Consult with management, business analysts and development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions.
Experience in moving projects from initiation through deployment and support.
Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.
Job Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Identity and access mgmt.
Experience in CA API Gateway/CA Mobile Gateway Developer/Admin resource
Experience in Java/WebSphere
Some java development experience
“SAML”, “OAuth”, WS-Federation, Okta
Worked in supporting applications for Access management
Experience in providing L2 and L3 support for applications
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Ability to delegate to offshore and report status to customers.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Integration tools like Jenkins
Familiarity with Agile software development processes.
Additional Qualifications:
Agile/SCRUM experience is a plus.
Airlines Development experience is a plus.
CA Mobile gateway is preferred
