Required Skills/Experience:
Resource should have Minimum 6+ years’ experience in C/C++/QT
He/She should have Knowledge of Informix 4GL Database .Needs good experience of OOPS concepts.
Also need good exp. on web development unit testing of the application design a web application documentation of the design deployment in various environments
-Resource should have good oral and written communication. Also have working exp. of onsite/offshore model.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency - Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills"
