* At least 4 years of experience in C, C++
* Production Support engineer of C, C++.
* At least 2 years’ experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
* Supporting high quality code deliverables. Interface with internal team.
* At least 3 year of experience in software development life cycle.
* At least 3 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
* Deliver high quality code deliverables and supports peers in quality checks such that design requirements are met.
* Lead validation activities for the assigned sub-modules for all types of testing and ability to perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing
* Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project and enable offshore with required inputs for delivery
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
Preferred
* Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills while solving a problem and optimizing the overall application.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills while dealing with tough scenarios during coding, development and testing phases.
* Experience and desire to work in agile as well as waterfall delivery environment.
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
* Experience in HealthCare and PBM domain
