Job Title : Senior C / C++ Developer

Job Description:
5 - 7 years experience in C & C++, Shell programming skills, Motif GUI and Sybase database
Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers and algorithms
Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes, familiarity with templating in C++
Knowledge of low-level threading primitives and real-time environments, familiarity with system call wrapper library functions
Solid architectural background (UML, OOD/OOP)
Experience of developing against Windows and Linux in Scrum development environment
Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments
Write strong unit tests and functional tests with strong emphasis on negative test cases
Deliver solutions by providing day-to-day mentorship for other developers as well as providing direct development of software
Analyze requirements, work closely with platform architects to assist in architecting solutions, and create detailed designs
Should be able to provide alternative technical solutions for changing business needs
Familiarity with language tools, such as Jira, HP ALM, Quickbase, Jenkins
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Clearcase, Bit-bucket
Proficiency in build tools: Maven & Gradle
Familiarity with continuous integration: BuildForge & Jenkins
