Title: Business systems Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long term Contract
Required:
10 years of experience in business systems analysis/design.
2-3 years experience with Salesforce Platform.
Excellent experience following Agile methodology.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to be able to clearly and consistently communicate with various levels of users and Lines of Business.
Understanding of Application Lifecycle Development, SDLC and regulatory compliance needs as they pertain to banking applications.
Must be able to translate customer requests into actionable requirements (user stories), and participate in story grooming for developers.
Proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer needs.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
Preferred:
Data integration project experience
Strong analytic skills - SQL skills when analysis requires data research (must read and understand SQL)
Familiarity with banking practices
