BO clustering, sizing and performance tuning of Production and Non-Prod environments
Report product defects to vendor SAP and apply solution steps as suggested.
Monitoring Business Objects server running with optimal performance
Managing all End Users account creations, access and security permissions in all the environments.
Debugging and resolving issues with BO reports (Crystal, Webi and Deski) and BO tools (Webi Rich Client, UDT, IDT,B
Scheduling BO reports and monitoring the schedules for failures
Manage development, QA, and production environments
Periodic recycling of BO services
Business Objects connection, events and calendar creations
Documentation on Blue Shield''s Service Requests, Incidents, and Change request process.
Installing and Configuring Business Objects platform on Windows server and troubleshooting
BO security setup and User access provisioning
Administration tasks such as BO logs deletion, support during maintenance activities like BO database and Windows patch upgrades
Handling BO upgrades and migration from 3.x version to 4.x version
Fetching BO Audit reports to track user activity and environment usage to cleanup redundant objects
