Job Title : Business Analyst
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: Full Time
Requisition Details: -
10+ years of experience in Business Process and Consulting in P&C segment. Deep understanding of Duck creek application
Analyze and design new business processes
Work with the Business Architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements
Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community''s perspective
Must have an experience of working in Duck creek Project
Working with Business users to understand Business issues
Understand Business Scenarios and use cases. Suggest improvement
Review current process for of various enhancement (rate change/coverage addition, Form changes etc – recommend areas of improvement, identify areas for efficiency and automation if possible etc.
Review QA process and suggest improvement
Participate in Defect Triage meeting and suggest improvements
Conduct Root Cause Analysis meeting and identify release related to functional leakages
