Job Description :
Title/Role: Business analyst -Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO)
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration :- 04 months with possible contract to hire


Scope of Services:

Client is seeking full-time, qualified candidates who will utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as a Maintenance Functional Lead. In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Maintenance staff to develop Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) parts mind maps. The mind maps will be used to characterize, and classify MRO parts.


General Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:
1. Maintenance background-Solid understanding of MRO parts to properly classify each item.
2. Excel Skills – Must be able to quickly search and filter large lists of data to look for commonalities.
3. Ability to create mind maps for MRO parts.
4. Attention to Detail.
5. Ability to work with various Maintenance trade groups.
6. Excellent communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
For consideration, the candidate must meet the following minimum requirements
1. A 2-yr college degree or equivalent.
2. 3 years of experience working with MRO parts.
3. 2 years of experience working in a stock room or other inventory role.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience using MindMaple software
2. Experience using Maximo Asset Management software version 7.xx or higher.
