a.       RF and LTE Experience
b.      Experience with RAN OM/PM counters and KPI formulas & MME PCMD/Call Trace events
c.       strong data analytics capabilities
d.      preferably experienced with Sprint RAN vendors – Nokia, ALU, ERC, Samsung
e.      preferably experienced with basic database queries, ideally Hadoop and Teradata
