Job Description :
Join the Chamberlain Group as a Business Systems Manager, Document Management professional to oversee all aspects of the design, implementation, deployment and support of the Enterprise Document Management OpenText system. The Business Systems Manager is a highly visible role that actively collaborates with the BPO / Super User community to create and maintain prioritized list of projects and service requests. The successful candidate will have at least three years of OpenText experience in an SAP environment and at least one full life cycle implementation of Extended ECM.

Business Systems Manager, Document Management Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience with OpenText in an SAP environment
One full life cycle implementation of Extended ECM.
Experience with Esker DeliveryWare is desired.

Business Systems Manager, Document Management Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and communication skills.
Must be proficient with SAP ECC functionality and basic Basis administration.
Must be proficient with MS Office tools.
Proficient with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
Strong knowledge of SQL, object oriented programming
Experience in Apache and/or Tomcat, strong understanding of web server environments, thorough understanding of web basics to include HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML/XSL
Advanced understanding of full-text search concepts, experience in a version control system.
Experience in Java.

Business Systems Manager, Document Management Education: BS or equivalent in Information Systems.

Business Systems Manager, Document Management Overview:

The Business Systems Manager, Document Management role requires building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders; development of a thorough understanding of the business strategies, skills in business process design and improvements; project management and deep functional/technical expertise within the SAP and OpenText environment. The role requires designing and implementing a comprehensive Enterprise Document Management strategy together with major business stakeholders and the ability to communicate, continuously improve and measure success of it. The role will interface with multiple departments located throughout various locations.
