Business Systems Analyst

The Contractor’s Key Personnel for the Business System Analyst position must meet the following minimum qualifications to be given further consideration:

1. Must have at least ten (10) years’ experience providing Oracle e-Business Suite support services to government agencies.

2. Must have at least five (5) years’ experience supporting Oracle e-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 performing tasks similar to those described in the Statement of Work.

3. Must have at least three (3) years’ experience supporting Oracle e-Business Suite on a Linux platform.

The Contractor’s Key Personnel for the Business System Analyst position must also have specialized functional and technical experience in all or portions of the following areas:

1. Expertise in Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, CM, SLA, EBTax), family products, and iProcurement.

2. Expertise in Oracle Financial report development platforms including Discoverer.

3. Configuration knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Management Systems, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Assets, Accounts Receivable, iProcurement, custom applications, and its tools; Discoverer, Web-ADI, Report Manager, FSG, Alerts and System Administration.

4. Understanding of the Oracle Financial Release 12.1.3 data architecture and relationships, e.g., tables, views, indexes, standard application program interfaces.

The Contractor’s Key Personnel for the Business System Analyst position must also have general functional and technical experience in all or portions of the following areas:

1. Knowledge of general application architecture, databases, SQL+ and basic technical skills

2. Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices; Encumbrance Accounting; Fund Based Accounting

3. Ability to pay attention to details with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to interface with all levels of management; Ability to multi-task; Team player; Detail oriented

5. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize work requirements and allocate resources accordingly

6. Ability to define, architect and re-engineer business processes and ability to identify opportunities for improvement

7. Knowledge of basic principles of network design and communication
