Responsibilities:
Be very familiar with the current version of the Clients TES (Technology Engineering Services) Engineering handbook.
Be proactive and willing to openly collaborate with teams to gather, document and organize technical information and processes in a clear concise manner.
Plan meetings and lead discussions.
Research, identify, reevaluate, recommend, and promote improvement changes and best practices.
Champion the proper TES Engineering Handbok tenets, standards, and processes.
Create and maintain various documentation, diagrams, and charts.
Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so others will understand.
Ability to establish rapport as well as drive consensus and change at all levels of the organization.
Analyze processes and recommend change.
Tracking activity, resolving roadblocks, publish progress reports, and recommends actions.
Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures Present key information to engineering teams to garner feedback and to implement for improvement.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Establish and maintain project milestones in Jira.

What does a typical work day look like? (How much time will be spent in meetings? Etc
2-4 hrs/day in meetings (physical & virtual) collaborating with other teams, lead meetings, organizing as well as gathering requirements.
Remainder of day is spent providing and consolidating information, scheduling, researching and documenting.

Project Description:
Mostly researching, gathering and updating the Client’s TES (Technology Engineering Services) Engineering handbook with improvement changes, standards, and best practices.

What does the team environment look like?
Immediate team is a mix of Software Developers, QE Engineers, Project Managers, BSA, Principle Architect, Scrum Master, Release Manager

What is the interaction level this resource will have with the team? The manager?
Consistently collaborates with various TES teams and members.
Operates under moderate supervision.



Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED
o Working knowledge of SDLC and an Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban
o 2+ years previous experience in a technical role, non-training (Software developer, Architect, PM, Scrum Master, DBA, …)
o Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management
o Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
o Self-motivated and self-directed

Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)
o PMP Certification

How will the performance be measured?
o Measured by the progress in gathering, researching, and updating the handbook with appropriate and accurate information.
