Position: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC, 27601
Duration: 8 months
Clients IT Team is seeking a Senior to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work as part of an agile development team specializing in Salesforce.com. Your primary focus will be working with the Product Owner to develop and evaluate requirements and stories, refine and ultimately work with the team to implement those stories in the system. You''ll provide technical insight and guidance as a CRM expert, and make sure that the team meets business requirements while making good implementation choices. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, we need you to have excellent communication skills and technical expertise, a self-starter’s mentality, and the ability to work under dynamic circumstances. You will be expected to be able to provide best practices and recommendations for integration and application development, deployment, and iterative refinement.

Job Responsibilities:
Interpret and refine business requirements and/or user stories
Help validate soundness or requirements
Explore solutions to these problems using system base functionality or as a last resort, customization
Be able to explain the cost-benefit of different approaches to the PO and/or business stakeholders
Understand the integration and data consumption patterns between various systems
Assess change impact and guide impact analysis and project estimation activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for supported business systems, and perform functional and second-level technical support as needed
Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer''s business needs
Configure Salesforce.com based on stated business requirements
Build and maintain documentation of implemented flows (vs. conceived and original design)
Partner with Business Analysts and use acquired knowledge of Salesforce.com and related applications to analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in the implementation of new functionality
Assist business analysts in the creation of scripts to be utilized during user acceptance testing (UAT) process
Work with the internal readiness and training organization to ensure new functionality is clearly documented and is reflected accurately in training materials

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering a CRM application; 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience is required
7+ years in a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with complex application development projects, preferably in a global organization
Solid analytical skills, particularly in the areas of data analysis and system integration
Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into a client solution
Experience working in an Agile team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor''s degree in information systems or similar, or equivalent business experience
Salesforce.com Administrator Certification is preferred
