Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 months contract

The Sales + Services Automation IT team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will ensure global readiness across the organization, specifically with CRM (Salesforce.com) process and tool enhancements. You''ll facilitate discussions with global representatives to strategize and define business requirements for the roll-out of sales related projects large and small, and in some cases, be prepared to carry those requirements to hands-on administration/configuration. You’ll also be expected to facilitate feedback and support User Acceptance Testing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Document as-is and to-be process flows highlighting recommendations for improvement
Use data to drive business impact decisions
Analyze business workflows and technical requirements to create and refine user stories for the project backlog
Research potential solutions using various resources, including Salesforce.com and other third-party applications
Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in the implementation of new functionality
Partner with Product Owner to prepare backlog of user stories, to prioritize requirements/backlog, and communicate the same to the technical team
Define technical requirements for development team and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer''s business needs.
In some cases, configure/administer the requirements/stories within the system
Assist change management teams in the creation of scripts to be leveraged during user acceptance testing
Work with internal training team to ensure new functionality is clearly documented and is reflected accurately in training materials

Requirements:
4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred, ideally within a mature installation, and inclusive of hands-on administration/configuration of the platform.
2+ years Apttus experience a big plus
Highly experienced with building Business Requirement Documents
Motivated to influence stakeholders for changes required to better serve the business
Experience delivering upon execution and deployment plans
3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager in a software or technology company
Agile and change management experience is a plus
Bachelor''s degree; MBA is preferred
Experience working with international teams and projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good presentation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand when needed
Ability to conduct calls between the hours of 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST 2-4 times monthly
Willingness to travel within the U.S. and Internationally as needed
Experience implementing Sales Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and/or Sales contract management (CLM) are real pluses
