Job Description :
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Acts as a liaison and escalation point for departments for all technical service requests, enhancements, changes, technical inquiries, projects, initiatives, and escalations. Coordinates service requests with appropriate IT units and management; and when appropriate, conducts a follow-up with the customer to ensure work was completed to the customer''s satisfaction. Recommends, develops, and supports technology solutions for use by the IT Department. Provides basic technical research on products or services. Prepares formal written reports and analysis. Develops and tracks implementation plans and schedules. Determines testing methodologies and develops testing plans.

Typical Duties:
Lead Business Case Development, requirements gathering and development of technical procurement Request for Information, Quotes and Proposals (RFI/RFQ/RFP Conducts technical product or service research; evaluates new products or technologies; consults and advises departments on new technology solutions and services. Prepares written formal consulting reports including narratives, recommendations, executive summaries, statistical analysis, and presentations for stakeholders.
