Job Description :
professional Information Technology Project Development work experience and/or Functional/Business Analysis.
Provide application management for the Early Intervention Management System (EIMS) including identifying and prioritizing system enhancements, creating business requirements, facilitating end-user testing, and ensure the vendor completes programming, system testing, training and help desk support in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.

This Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for review of existing business requirements documents and processes to aid in the modification and enhancements to the existing application. The qualified candidate will have experience working with existing systems, evaluating current and future state and evaluating quality of the product delivered in comparison to the documented specifications.

This individual should have prior experience working as a business analyst on applications developed using HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS with a relational database of SQL Server. An ideal candidate will also have worked with SSRS, Access and Excel to conduct analysis of Early Intervention System (EIS) for future changes/design improvements.

Provide analytical support for EIS quality assurance reviews and monitoring of reporting compliance.

Assist with the development of formalized procedures and processes for sharing EIS data with internal and external partners.

Develops and prepare presentations and reports regarding findings. Develops and maintain effective and balanced working relationships with all stakeholders.
