In support of the State of Colorado HRWorks project we are looking for a Business Analyst to assist in the elicitation of requirements from agency HR and payroll subject matter experts, documentation of as is and to be business process and to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to inform system development and configuration activities. Preference is for someone with a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a large scale, complex organization. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
