Position:- Business Systems Analyst II (GMC Inspire Software focus)
Location:- Chattanooga, TN

The position will support the GMC- CCM tool. The main goal for the position is to configure/develop workflow documents within the GMC interface in addition to creating business processes within GMC Interactive. A strong knowledge base of GMC Designer (including working with the different modules within Designer) and GMC Interactive is required. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of dynamic communication and how to set these items up within the Designer platform. They will work closely to IS development team as well and may have some involvement with GMC Automation. The worker will come in and evolve the knowledge base of GMC platform internally. Working with other enterprise projects and integrating the GMC software. Ability to engage and write/communicate business requirements, keeping information structured, and making sure the integration is successful.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent years if experience is required. Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested
Master’s Degree preferred

Experience:
5 or more years’ experience in Information Technology and systems analysis with an emphasis on 5 or more years of experience and a strong working knowledge of the GMC Inspire software
Experience in leading requirements development efforts required
Experience in the health insurance industry
Expert knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards to actively conduct and/or engage in hardware and software related discussions relative to all assigned projects
Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or complex concepts into information meaningful to project team members and/or business personnel

Skills/Certifications:
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis TM (CCBATM) or Certified Business Analysis Professional TM (CBAP) designation preferred
Strong working knowledge of the suite of applications offered by GMC Inspire
Strong working knowledge of modules, creating templates and workflows within the GMC Inspire Designer interface
Strong working knowledge developing Business Processes within GMC Inspire Interactive
Knowledge of dynamic communications within GMC Designer is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple projects and associated resources
Advanced experience with operational analysis, design and understanding of integrated, interdependent and interfaced systems and their impacts on each other
Excellent written and oral communication skills in technical and non-technical forums
Demonstrated negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
