IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Business Systems Analyst(SALESFORCE BA) to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Job Responsibilities:
Our Client wishes to enhance an existing application that is not in production and place it into production and optimize the usage of the Salesforce platform to drive maximum value from our Salesforce investment.
For this role our client is looking for a resource that has strong business analyst skills. This person would be expected to:
1. Assist in documenting the business stories
2. Lead all unit test
3. Lead all System Integration Tests
4. Participate in all standup meetings
5. Participate in all business and developer meetings
6. Work as the liaison between the business and the developers
7. Insure that the product is as much “out-of-the-box” as possible. (Little custom code)
Business Analyst skills:
-Ability to interpret business team requirements and fit those requirements into the larger solution currently in place.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Best Practices for Salesforce declarative options
-Experience with Process Builder and implementing these into a large organizations that already have existing infrastructure in place
-Experience with workflows
-Experience with validations rules
-Experience with Lightning Interface and page layouts
-Understanding what options are available in lightning and which ones are not
-Experience leading & being a part of agile/scrum based projects
