BSC 6 – BSC with Identity and Access Management Solution onboarding experience-W2
Location: Charlotte, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, or Boston, MA – No Remote –
Phone interview, possibly in-person
Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend up to 18 months)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Interacting regularly with internal technology and risk professionals as well as third party service providers by providing directions and/or guidance that leads to successful participation in the Enterprise IAM program and onboarding processes.
Providing analysis to identify, evaluate, and document detailed work plans for onboarding applications to the IAM Solution.
Facilitating data extracts and transfer of system user lists and access data into the proprietary developed pre-processor (database)
Maintaining detailed documentation on application-level characteristics required to support access management.
Documenting requirements and writing specifications to extract and integrate necessary information.
Proactively identifying and escalating issues, risks and concerns.
Demonstrating outstanding flexibility and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience with and knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management
Experience with creating, transmitting, and loading data extracts into databases or coordination of this workflow
Track record of successful collaboration with third party technology service providers (ASPs)
Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Ability to handle heavy workloads while remaining focused in a fast paced environment
Good project management skills and ability to lead/oversee medium-sized initiatives
BA/BS or equivalent
Experience with ETL (Extract Transfer Load) technology, SQL database querying, writing specifications/requirements
Design and implement workflow for transfer of data files for over 100 systems (system user lists, user entitlements/permissions) into pre-processor for onboarding to enterprise access management solution

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Enterprise Information Security policies and procedures
Knowledge of Technology Change Management (PAC2000)
Knowledge of Third Party Service Provider program
