Position : Business System Analyst with Capital Markets Experience
Location : Irvine, CA
Duration : Full Time(PERMANENT)
Job Description :
o Minimum 5+ years of experience as IT Business analyst
o Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain with Asset Management, Investment Banking organization is preferred
o Strong BA skills like – Functional-spec, BUAT, Test-cases, User-cases, meeting with client sr. managers, presenting business solution, setting up/fine tuning business process, Tracking Projects-status etc.,
o Complete understanding of trade life cycle
o Should have worked and delivered projects in Agile methodology
o Experience with all phases of the SDLC
Skills:
o Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group
o Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
o Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
o Project tracking skills and ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
o Data mapping skills
o Gap/Comparative analysis
o Report analysis
Technical Skills:
o Advanced knowledge of SQL: Sybase, Oracle
o Basic knowledge of UNIX is a plus
o Basic understanding of XML is a plus
Preferred Experience
Understanding of SWIFT messages is a plus
