Job Description :

Bachelor Degree Required or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
4 or more years of related experience and accountability for complex tasks and/or projects required.
Proficient knowledge of the function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities towards work products required.
Proficient level of business acumen in the areas of the business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required.
Background in financial/accounting/
Enough of technical background to talk to tech leads and developers to figure out design
Ok with Agile experience, don’t need to have SAFe
Functional knowledge and ability to elicit information is more important here, can train on the methodology if need to
Basic database skills – look at ERD, do some data mapping - look at table layout and do some data mapping
Rational Team Concert OR Jira (he thinks they’re going to Jira soon)
Agile experience – creating user stories
Strong requirements gathering techniques - ability to draw out requirements, working with business partners that don’t know what they want
