Job Description:

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience as IT Business analyst
Prior experience of working in Capital Markets domain with Asset Management, Investment Banking organization is preferred

Strong BA skills like – Functional-spec, BUAT, Test-cases, User-cases, meeting with client sr. managers, presenting business solution, setting up/fine tuning business process, Tracking Projects-status etc.,
Complete understanding of trade life cycle
Should have worked and delivered projects in Agile methodology
Experience with all phases of the SDLC

o Project management skills a plus

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders group
Writing requirements gathering and functional specification documents
Experience with multiple testing approaches functional, regressions, integration and user testing
Project tracking skills and ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers
Data mapping skills
Gap/Comparative analysis
Report analysis

Technical Skills:

Advanced knowledge of SQL: Sybase, Oracle
Basic knowledge of UNIX is a plus
