Job Title: BSA
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Full Time:

Support PM in updating monthly actuals, running weekly reports from Project Central, and creating/updating summary tabs for the project in Forecast spreadsheets.
Responsible for creating the agenda for the bi-weekly team meetings and publishing the notes from the meetings.
Extensive coordination/facilitation between the business and technical team to align on Business Continuity data.
Gather requirements and documentation in the form of Business Requirements Document, Functional specifications document and the process of as-is and to-be documentation.
Create mockups for the requirements when required.
Facilitate meetings with the business and the team to gather requirements and review documentation.
Define and document use cases, test cases, navigation and the website requirements.
Document the list of all actions and test scenarios to be conducted by the business users.
Participate in project planning and the deliverable in each phase.
Ensure and facilitate user acceptance and end user testing during the exercising.
Assess and report on accuracy of Business Continuity data, and implement corrective action to address inconsistencies

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field; or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of relevant experience
5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation, and testing of newly created application software.
Knowledge of and ability to effectively use the appropriate modeling methodologies and toolsets, requirements management methodologies and toolsets, requirements visualization methods and toolsets, and artifact versioning tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with the following tools: MS Office, MS Visio, MS Excel
Previous experience in Business Continuity Planning
