BSA Experience—Recent 10+ years. Total Experience NO more than 15 years
Candidates with Auto Finance (GM, Honda, Nissan, Mazda or any other automotive company’s own / in house finance program ) will be preferred most
If candidate is coming from Big 4 consulting (PwC, E&Y, KPMG, Deloitte) firm, we will consider candidates with less than 10 years’ experience and higher rate.
Candidates with Insurance domain and experience in policy administration working with good consulting firm are also welcome to apply
Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Don’t need “Run of the Mill” BSAs. Must be high end business consultants who can not only do the regular BSA work but are capable of seeing big picture, how they bring value to business, work with senior level business stakeholders
ONLY Local Candidates to DALLAS area
MUST be able to work on W2
Ideally Finance / Auto Insurance / Captive Auto Finance domain experience but this isn’t the absolute “Must Have”, as long as we have candidate that’s meeting all other criterions
