Senior Systems Business Analyst
Duration:6 months+
location:Hayward, CA

The Senior Systems Business Analyst will lead as well as a subject matter expert able to easily wear multiple lifecycle hats from planning through to implementation focused on mortgage origination loan documents and all of the associated system details and impacts. He\She is responsible for planning, conducting analysis and creating requirements for changes applicable to residential mortgage lending''s loan origination documents and supporting loan origination system which includes wording, data mapping, system validations and controls, package design, setup and distribution electronically and postal mail.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MS/MBA a plus)
Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industry.
Business Analyst with minimum 8 to 12 years'' experience
Must demonstrate understanding of the technical designs as well as the specifications (FDS) with solid, concise writing skills and attention to details
Required experience with Loan Origination Systems, preferably BKFS - Black Knight Financial Services, Empower(LoanSphere) and its interfaces like WKFS'' document management systems, Expedite, eLynx or SDX Compliance Eagle and Client DU strongly desired
Experience with Loan Origination Document systems like WK''s DocPrep or Expere, Digital Docs, DocMagic, or DocuTech strongly desired
Experience in mortgage originations'' system configuration, quick code set-ups, loan documents e.g. loan closing package, process mapping, business analysis in a Retail (purchase and refinance), Wholesale mortgage and home equity lending operations
Must have Full Life Cycle Implementation and Systems Integration experience
Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and planning skills with a positive can-do attitude, as they will drive the requirements, analysis, solve problems, design and delivery across all levels of the business including leadership.
Strong presentation skills, process design and process improvement experience
Strong technical skills coupled with minimum 3 years of experience with loan origination software, XML interface transmissions, data analysis and regulatory reporting e.g. LAR
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM is a plus
