Business Systems Analyst
Falls Church, VA
Contract

Client is looking for a solid professional that can:
Provide Lawson expertise and support the day-to-day functions of the HR and the Payroll business processes
Analyze issues, document help, identify solution and work with the technical team to identify and implement the change to resolve the issues
Gather and document business requirements as needed and work with the development team to define and document technical requirements.
Be the subject matter expert in understanding the customer’s HR and Payroll requirements and can suggest the most appropriate technical solution that addresses the challenge/ issue raised.
Manage, scope and deliver enhancements coming through the helpdesk ticketing system, prioritized and approved by stakeholders
Partner with other application and technical teams on all critical system solutions
Follow all IT policy and procedure for functional and technical designs, test plans and execution

Job Requirements:
Lawson V10 HR/Payroll experience
