Job Description:
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the TEA. TEA may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TEAwill pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s
Worker will perform highly complex (senior-level) system analysis work.
Worker will document the existing GED paper-based storage process.
Worker will develop and document processes for scanning documents and storing documents in automated system.
Worker will scan documents into automated system. Index, validate and confirm electronic documents. Worker will recommend improvements in scanning processes.
Worker will implement and test recommendations.
Worker will estimate project timeline to complete all tasks.
Worker will provide weekly status reporting.
Position requires independent judgement and initiative.
Background check required.
