Duration: 6+ months

Role Description
Onsite resource in Phoenix office
Strong PeopleSoft HCM experience (4+ years) with fit-gap analysis, functional and technical specifications design documentation skills required
Experience with developing solutions with PeopleSoft Core HR, NA Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management and Self-Service functions
Experience with generating PeopleSoft HCM Business Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents and Functional Design Documents
Skilled in analyzing functional business processes and process modeling
Facilitates and leads discussions with support teams and business users to define as-is and to-be business processes using story mapping and workflow techniques

Competencies Enterprise Platform & Solutions : PeopleSoft Technical, SQR Reports, HCM Benefits Administration
Experience (Years) 4-6
