Business Solutions Architect and Deployment Engineer
As a member working in a team environment you will closely work with Solution Architects and Leads on project activities.
· Participate in customer team meetings to gather business and technical requirements for projects
· Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing project status and deliverables
· Apply and share knowledge; contribute ideas and opinions
· Apply and share knowledge; contribute ideas and opinions
· Participate in PCM’s blogging program to share experience with the industry
· Participate in PCM’s webinar series
· Builds and maintains relationships with Microsoft Skype for Business TSPs
Required Skills
· Strong Lync 2013, Skype for Business, and VoIP troubleshooting skills
· 5+ years of experience with Office Communication Server 2007/R2, Lync 2010, Lync 2013,
· 5+ years of experience with Exchange 2007/2010/2013/Online Unified Messaging deployments and migrations
· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft certified voice gateways (AudioCodes, Sonus, etc
· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft certified IP phone deployment and management (Polycom CX/VVX, AudioCodes, etc
· 3+ Years working with Telecom Providers, understanding codecs, line types, and protocols.
· 3+ Years of Experience working with IP Segmentation
· 3+ Years of number porting
· 3+ Years working with Public Switched Telephone Networks
· Some experience with any of the following a plus: Cisco / Avaya / Third-Party IP Telephony
