Job Description :
LOC Software is looking to hire a Business Solutions Analyst to assist customers and resellers to implement SMS in their organization. Candidate will be responsible for managing existing and new software development projects. In this role, candidate will become the subject matter expert, while assisting customers and resellers implementing the latest features of SMS. The objective is to help customers and resellers achieve success using all the features of SMS. In addition, the candidate will assist LOC sales and resellers in presenting SMS to new customers. Candidate will be required to build a close rapport with the customer at all levels within the organization. Some travel is required.



Responsibilities:

· Excel at learning SMS and become the subject matter expert for customers and resellers

· Work with customers/resellers to setup/configure SMS, provide training on the latest features

· Provide best practices on SMS and implement these processes for new and existing customers

· Assist the LOC sales team and/or resellers on product demonstrations

· Working with project manager and customers/resellers in defining objectives, deliverables and timelines

· Gather project information, build project descriptions and execute to plan

· Lead weekly/monthly project status calls with customers and internal P.S./development/support teams

· Set expectations and deadlines with customers and work towards meeting commitments and goals

Requirements

· BS/BA or at least 5 years of experience in supporting retail software solutions

· Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills

· Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to set clear expectations

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple implementations with tight deadlines

· Highly confident presenter, possessing a proven track record of demonstrating software solutions

· Understanding of project management tools, Google Drive and MS office

· Technical knowledge in databases, SQL server, networks considered an asset
