Required Skills:
5+ years applying analytical processes on IT projects. 3+ years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
Bachelor’s Degree or additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
Preferred Skills: (Must be within the last 10 years)
3+ years of Automated Interface File Exchange between mainframe system and a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) application.
5+ years utilizing PeopleSoft Financial Application
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and/or financial management
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related degree with a minimum of 24 credit hours in accounting.
Experience with Government Accounting and Reporting for State Governments
Certified Business Analyst’s Certification, certified through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institue (PMI The certification must be current and valid at the time of Offer submission due date.
Must provide 3 current references within the last 10 years of other companies and government entities which candidate has performed similar work. One of the current references within the last ten years from a previous engagement with the State of California government entity.
