The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Project Manager role provides an opportunity to work with cross functional teams to drive assessments and/or develop innovative solutions across Operations, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other partnering teams. In this role you will be tasked with multiple projects of differing scope and complexity, and will work both independently and through driving a team, to deliver effective technical solutions and processes. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be self driven, demonstrate a high degree of technical horsepower, and will be able to provide examples where they demonstrated the required skillsets noted below:

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions

Experience in managing complex projects to major milestones

Ability to influence and implement ideas effectively within a non-hierarchical culture

Ability to synthesize fragmented information quickly and effectively

Ability to learn new systems and document related process flows

Ability to recommend solutions in a highly ambiguous environment

Demonstrates comfort in working independently and as a project leader, to accomplish the objectives of a given project
