Role: Business Process Engineer
Location: Boise, Idaho
Duration: 12+ Months

Must have skills:
Mainframe such as COBOL, Natural or CICS, Workflows, “As-Is” and “To-Be”, State Agency/Child Support/Welfare, Redesigns, Operations, Agile Framework, Coding, Business and Process Flows, Re-Engineering, Documentation, Conduct Surveys, Evaluating workflows, operations and services, solutions, alternative methods
Required:
Knowledge of legacy and or mainframe systems;
Knowledge of Agile framework, development processes, and coding languages for proper process documentation.
Analyzes data to determine solution, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products or services.
Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving need or problem, or recommends specific solution.
Familiar with systems utilizing Natural and/or COBOL programming language, and Customer Information Control System (CICS) mixed programming language.
Extensive knowledge in evaluating program workflows, operations and services in the “as-is” and “to-be” business processes
Extensive experience in analyzing critical business needs and ability to define and document clear business requirements based on required process/business flows.
Requires experience providing consulting services to state government agencies such as Child Support, Welfare Services, or Child Support Operations & Policy Group.
Four plus years of experience
Four-year college degree or equivalent study in the area of business process design
