Description:
Mapping all communications (business mapping
Interfacing with all teams on the who, what, where, why of customer information and where it is coming from.
Putting this info into the network drive and documenting it.
Requirements:
Must have Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
The person needs to be very analytical and comfortable talking to all departments and conducting fact gathering.
Good background would be a business analyst/IT.
