Job Description :
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalency and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Seven years of progressively more responsible experience as a business analyst or process analyst on large, complex, cross-functional projects.

Extensive experience developing clear and detailed process maps, workflows, and business requirements. Experience in quote to Cash.

Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and focus groups. Success in a higher education setting desirable.

Demonstrated business/client engagement skills. Experience in change management or relationship management is desirable.

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability for in-depth analysis of process and data workflows and levers for improvement.

Demonstrated ability to distill and communicate complicated findings to executives as well as software engineers.

Proven track record of meeting aggressive schedules with high quality analyses and recommendations. Project management experience is desirable.

Effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated experience in both persuasive and technical writing, such as reports, business cases, project proposals.

Business domain experience Media or Advertisement.
