MUST HAVE FOR THIS ROLE
1. Must have experience in documentation (end user, web content, marketing / corporate communication)
2. Must have experience and expertise in design, such as ability to create icon set, diagrams and images for Newsletters
3. Must be proficient in using MS PowerPoint and Excel (advanced level skill required such as creating animations / promo movies in PPT)
4. Business analytical and communication skills because the job role calls for frequent interaction with senior level management (upto Executive VP level
Business Operations Communication Analyst Job Duties with 3+ Yrs experience
* Candidate *must* have *very strong communication, presentation and content/creative writing and design skills*
* Ability to work with xls and data analysis
*Preferred - HTML5 and CSS, ability to use or edit javascript code is a bonus
*Must have skills for creating Executive reporting, creative, marketing and program level content creation and publishing experience.
* Develop solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and swim-lane diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing system specifications.
* Create, share, and update project plans for quarterly.
* Provide a reference for customers by writing documentation- *Jive Updates*; providing support and help.
* Maintain systems by researching and resolving problems; maintaining system integrity and security.
* Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by conducting educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
