Job Description:
Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and five years’ experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
3-5 years of experience working with SAP-BI Suite-Business Objects/Xcelcius/Crystal Reports
Ability to work with other IT staff and vendor to resolve infrastructure related issues with BOBJ 4.1 and 4.2
Strong troubleshooting skills at all levels of the tech stack including BO security setups, debugging of log files and database query performance
Strong troubleshooting universe design and webi/crystal reports
Must have a solid experience in SAP-BO service packs and patch upgrades.
