Profile & Description
We are beginning the initial phase of our DW Expansion project to evaluate our current warehouse and architect a roadmap to adapt our current reporting model into a one that can easily be deployed as a SaaS model with our Claims Processing system along with providing the mission critical reporting that is handled daily.
Primary Job Duties:
· Analyze current data warehouse and reporting platform
· Create strategic roadmap to meet CTO vision of future data reporting vision
· Design and architect reporting solution to deliver scalable model capable of being delivered as a SaaS model.
· Engage with the business to work through existing capability matrix.
· Deliver Roadmap updates to the CTO and Business Owners as needed.
Required:
5+ years of experience architecting BI solutions.
10+ years of experience delivering BI solutions.
10+ years of experience with OLTP and OLAP database models.
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational database systems.
Extensive analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience designing reporting and analytics system in Healthcare domain.
Extensive knowledge of the direction of reporting and analytics marketplace.
Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the health care domain.
Experience creating strategic roadmap for reporting and analytics domain.
Highly Desirable:
Experience delivering reporting and analytics platform in a multi-tenant configuration.
Experience delivering reporting and analytics platform in a SaaS model.
Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience with agile development methodology.
Experience with NOSQL databases such as MongoDB and Hadoop.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field or comparable work
experience.
